▶当モデル「Akari」はVtuber活動、動画作品、アプリ・ゲーム作品など、あらゆる活動に使用することができます。 当モデルを使用し、発生した収益は全てご購入者の方のものとなります。 ただし、モデルや立ち絵のデータの転売や転載、再配布ならびに自作発言は禁止いたします。 ▶著作権は伽藍幸に帰属し、譲渡いたしません。 ▶「Akari」を使用した作品を外部に公開する際は、必ず、作者名「伽藍幸」を記載してください。 Vtuber等の配信活動を行う場合、拠点となるTwitterやYoutubeチャンネルの概要などに記載をしていただければ、動画ごとに記載する必要はありません。 ▶当モデルに付属しているテクスチャを加工・改変することや、配信のサムネイル画像などのための、イラストの加工・改変は問題ありませんが、悪意のある加工・改変は禁止します。 ▶当モデルの使用により生じたトラブルなど、作者は一切の責任を負いません。 ▶公序良俗に反する恐れのある内容（過度に暴力的な内容、露骨な性的内容を含む）の活動への使用など、こちらで悪質と判断した場合は利用停止措置を取る場合があります。 ▶当モデルのカスタマイズはご購入者の方自身で行うことを想定しており、追加カスタマイズのご依頼はお受けしておりませんのでご了承ください。

▶"Akari" can be used for all kinds of activities, including Vtuber activities, video works, applications, and game works. All revenue generated by using this model is yours to keep. However, it is prohibited to resell or redistribute the model or illustration data as is, or to pass it off as your own work. ▶The copyright belongs to Garancō and will not be transferred to you. ▶ If you publish a work using "Akari", please be sure to include the name of the author (Garancō). If you are a Vtuber, please list it on your Twitter, Youtube channel, or wherever you are based. If so, you do not need to mention it in all of your videos. ▶There is no problem in modifying the textures that come with this model, or modifying the illustrations for the delivery thumbnails. However, please do not make any malicious modifications. ▶The creater (Garancō) assumes no responsibility for any problems that may arise from the use of this model. ▶We may take measures to suspend the use of the site if we deem it to be malicious, such as the use of the site for activities that may be offensive to public order and morals (including excessively violent or sexually explicit content). ▶Please note that customization of this model is expected to be done by the purchaser themselves, and we do not accept requests for additional customization.
